| We aim to make sure all our customers are satisfied. You may place an order on line 24 hours a day. Our office hours and 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday EST

| Payments Accepted: We accept credit card payments through Paypal. Checks and money orders will be accepted - please allow checks to clear before orders will be shipped. A charge of $40.00 will be billed for all return checks. Please make checks payable to Sweets by Denise, 96 Hilltop Road, Hazleton, PA 18201

| Shipping: We will ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays by United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not want the packages to sit in the hot warehouse over the weekend. We will limit shipping some items during the hot summer months - most items with chocolate.
